Returns and Exchange Policy

Returns:

1.     Eligibility:

  •       Our return policy extends for up to 30 days from the date of the purchase of your item. To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received i.e., new, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered with original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
  •     Proof of purchase such as a receipt or order number is required to proceed.

2.     Initiating a Return:

  •      To initiate a return, please visit either of our kiosks located at Plaza Las Americas or Mall of San Juan, or contact us at shop@latitudprfecta.com.
  •    Upon receiving the request, our team will provide further instructions on how to proceed.

3.     Returns Inspection and Approval:

  •      Once the return is received, our team will inspect the product to ensure it meets the requirements above.
  •     Please keep in mind that we reserve the right to decline any return that does not meet such requirements.
  •    LatitudPRfecta reserves the right to refuse returns on items showing signs of wear, washing, alterations, stains, odors, pet hair, or any condition that prevents the item from being resold as new.
  •     Items such as clearance, sale, accessories, personalized items, custom products, and sunglasses are FINALSALENO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE PROCESSED.

4.     Store Credit Policy:

  •       All our returns will be processed as store credit ONLY.
  •       All approved returns are eligible for store credit only. Refunds to the original form of payment are not available.
  •      Store credits issued will have an expiration date of up to 6 Months.
  •       Store credits cannot be converted to cash at any point.
  •      Shipping fees from the original transaction are non-refundable and customer is responsible for any extra shipping fee that might be required such as those associated with returning merchandise.
  •      All Store credits will be issued in the form of an e-gift card, sent to the email address provided by the client.

5.     Damages and issues:

  •       Please inspect your items upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In cases involving manufacturing defects or merchandise shipped in error, LatitudPRfecta will evaluate the claim and may provide a replacement, exchange, store credit, or other appropriate remedy at its discretion.

 

Exchanges:

1.     Exchange Policy:

  •       Exchanges will go through the exact same process of returning merchandise.
  •       Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  •      If the desired item is unavailable, a store credit will be provided for the amount purchased.

 

Online Purchases Returns & Exchanges on Kiosk:

 1.     Policy:

  •     Items that were purchased through our website www.latitudprfecta.com can be returned or exchanged at our location at The Mall of San Juan or Plaza las Americas only if:

               i.     Customer provides proof of purchase from our website.

                ii.     Accepted proof could be: order number, email receipt or SMS receipt.

  •      Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility rests with the carrier. However, we will assist customers in initiating claims with the carrier when applicable.
