Peppers Sunglasses Warranty
Because we know that sometimes little accidents occur, your
Peppers sunglasses include an amazing warranty!
Here are a few things you should know:
The original store of purchase (LatitudPRfecta LLC) is not
responsible for warranty claims. In order to process a warranty
you must go through Peppers USA corporate headquarters.
Replacement parts are not available for purchase.
Peppers warranty does not cover lost or stolen glasses.
Warranty applies to domestic purchases. (Additional fees may be
required to process claims outside of the continental USA)
Canadian customers please contact our warranty department to
process your warranty (inform@peppersusa.com)
For Peppers warranty you must send the warranty form directly to
Peppers USA.
Please follow the below instructions.
IF ORIGINALLY PURCHASED WITHINTHE PAST YEAR:
1. The damaged sunglasses (DO NOT include cases, cleaning cloths,
etc.)
2. A completed Warranty Claim Form.
3. A copy of your receipt from your original purchase.
A previous warranty packing slip will not be
accepted as proof of purchase. Once your glasses
have been sent into the warranty department the
$25 fee is required for all future claims
Claims will not be processed free of charge
without a copy of the original purchase receipt. If
you cannot provide proof of purchase, follow the
instructions below.
IF ORIGINALLY PURCHASED OVER ONE YEAR AGO:
1. The damaged sunglasses (do not included cases, cleaning cloths,
etc)
2. A completed Warranty Claim Form.
3. A $25* replacement handling fee, paid via check or money order
and made to Peppers Performance Eyeware
