Peppers Sunglasses Warranty
Because we know that sometimes little accidents occur, your
Peppers sunglasses include an amazing warranty!

Here are a few things you should know:
 The original store of purchase (LatitudPRfecta LLC) is not
responsible for warranty claims. In order to process a warranty
you must go through Peppers USA corporate headquarters.
 Replacement parts are not available for purchase.
 Peppers warranty does not cover lost or stolen glasses.
 Warranty applies to domestic purchases.  (Additional fees may be
required to process claims outside of the continental USA)
Canadian customers please contact our warranty department to
process your warranty (inform@peppersusa.com)

For Peppers warranty you must send the warranty form directly to
Peppers USA.
Please follow the below instructions.


IF ORIGINALLY PURCHASED WITHINTHE PAST YEAR:
1. The damaged sunglasses (DO NOT include cases, cleaning cloths,
etc.)
2. A completed Warranty Claim Form.
3. A copy of your receipt from your original purchase. 
 A previous warranty packing slip will not be
accepted as proof of purchase. Once your glasses
have been sent into the warranty department the
$25 fee is required for all future claims
 Claims will not be processed free of charge
without a copy of the original purchase receipt.  If

you cannot provide proof of purchase, follow the
instructions below.

IF ORIGINALLY PURCHASED OVER ONE YEAR AGO:
1. The damaged sunglasses (do not included cases, cleaning cloths,
etc)
2. A completed Warranty Claim Form.
3. A $25* replacement handling fee, paid via check or money order
and made to Peppers Performance Eyeware
